MOMI has visited children's museums, science and nature centers, unique playgrounds and children's gardens across the country. These visits have shaped MOMI's vision for an innovative museum for the curious mind. Here are some of our ideas. 

MOMI plans to be sustainably designed and built to educate and inspire even the youngest of future artists, scientists and engineers.

MOMI plans include over 50,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and at least 0.5 acre of outdoor space with professionally-designed exhibits that are both educational and fun for all ages.

A teaching kitchen, a water play area, a maker's space with real tools, and a wild garden with a tree house are just a few examples of spaces that we envision at MOMI.  

MOMI will be a community gathering place that celebrates diversity and culture through exhibits, programs, classes, workshops and events.

MOMI will provide a safe place to explore and learn, and will be designed for ALL individuals regardless of their race, gender, socio-economic status, or physical, visual, auditory or cognitive ability.

MOMI will offer family memberships with unlimited visits to play for a full year and special membership and admission pricing for social workers, first responders, teachers, and military families.

MOMI will provide an event space like no other in New Jersey. Whether it be a child’s birthday party, wedding or corporate event, MOMI will be the place that everyone will want to hold their next special event.
